Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at the resort. The rooms were cozy and clean, opening to a shared balcony that wrapped around the front of the resort. The staff was attentive and thoughtful, offering quality suggestions based on individual taste. The location in a beautiful secluded valley was serene, offering a glimpse into the past. The dining experience had some limitations, but the overall service was exceptional.
The hotel provided a mix of pleasant experiences and some disappointments. The rooms were well-equipped with thoughtful amenities but lacked in cleanliness upon arrival. The service was friendly and welcoming but could have been more efficient. The location offered beautiful surroundings with various activities nearby, yet the dining options had limitations. Overall, the hotel had its charms but also room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location offered a wonderful escape to the splendor of the Pennsylvania countryside, the room cleanliness was a major letdown with long black hairs found on the bed and bathroom floor. Dining experiences varied, with the Frontier Lounge shining but the Crystal room breakfast falling short. However, the facilities like the huge library and puzzles added a nice touch to the stay.
